JOB PURPOSE
To ensure quality of finished products as per PAPL standards
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To do and ensure the CIP of pasteurizer and Tetra Filling machines as per the protocol and maintain the records
- To check and monitor the on line packet integrity (Tetra) test as per the MTF and maintain the records
- To check and monitor the secondary packaging parameters on line and record the same
- As per the requirement of FSSA – Traceability to be maintained i.e. both forward and Backward.
- Online Checks/Analysis to be carried out strictly as per MTF, Records to be maintained.
- Beverage used start time and Finish time should be available across the process and production.
- House keeping /GMP Maintained across the production.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping
- To ensure GMP and hygiene standards as per PAPL specifications across process and packaging
- To ensure FSQA mandates are complied
- To ensure all food safety procedures, CCP and OPRP are complied
- To ensure that the product is handled as per PAPL SOP
- To ensure documented material and process traceability for all FG products in shift
- To ensure compliance to PAPL-MTF for regular sampling and analysis for process in QC

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation in Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science.
