Identify and acquire new corporate clients (MNCs, SMEs, industrial parks, tech parks, manufacturing units, etc.).
Generate room night revenue through long-term corporate contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate corporate rates and close Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs).
Increase weekday occupancy through strategic tie-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with HR heads, admin managers, travel desk coordinators, and procurement teams.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
Ensure high client retention and repeat business.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
Represent the hotel at corporate networking events, trade fairs, and business meets. Build relationships with travel agencies and event planners. Act as the face of the hotel for corporate business.
