Principal Tasks &Responsibilities • Resignation Updates 1. Process resignations in Digicad. Wherever resignations are on email, enter in Digicad post necessary approvals from reporting Manager and HODs. 2. Daily update to HRSS on resignations for detachments in Phyzii. 3. In case of any resignation revoke, complete all actions in Digicad & inform HRSS & payroll. Weekly download from Digicad of exit report & share with all stakeholders. • Digicad updation 1. Correction & regular maintenance of Organograms of all divisions in respective verticals. 2. All actions (reporting changes, promotions, transfer & separations) to be regularly updated with correct dates & hierarchy. 3. Based on the queries received from field (address, name, e-mail ID, etc) make changes in digicad. • Resource Requisition & Job ID 1. Create & submit job codes based on deployment master & provide to TA team for on time offer release. 2. Match & correct Organogram regularly in Digicad & accordingly ensure job IDs are available on time. 3. Wherever required, create additional (non replacement) Job ID as per approvals. 4. Regular check & delete extra (non functional) job codes that are no more required but shown in Digicad. • Deployment Tracking 1. Keep a daily track on deployment data and make necessary updation on regular basis for transfer, promotion, vacancy, resignation & organogram changes. 2. All changes must be informed to Ankit Koshti on daily basis. • Probation Assessment/Confirmation 1. Keep a regular track of probation cases & ensure closures in 3 categories: probation extension, confirmation & probation discontinue. This has to be done in DigiCAD as per necessary approvals till HOD level. 2. hare the tracker daily with HRSS & all stakeholders so that necessary changes are done in Phyzii. 3. Coordinate with field line managers for pending cases if any & keep updated. • Attrition Data 1. Do robust exit interviews of all resigned employees on real-time basis to capture exact & detailed reasons (no generic comments). 2. Update HRBP about the same regularly. • Manager Review Facilitation 1. Coordinate with managers & ensure they complete 30-60-90 day performance reviews for their direct reportees in Digicad. 2. Regular follow up wherever necessary to ensure it happens on time. • New Joiners Connect & MIS 1. Connect with new joiners once they join field after FLP completion to check if basic hygiene is in place for new recruit. Maintain MIS for 30,60,90 days, attrition data, new joiners connect and probation confirmation.
