Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Sourcing, Telephonic Interview, Tracker, Maintenance, Interview Scheduling, Document Collection, Salary Negotiation, Offer Letter.
- Onboarding – Joining formalities, documentation, filling, Induction and NDA signing etc.
- Maintain personal files of each employee.
- Employee engagement – Festivals, Birthdays and Work anniversaries.
- Generate all employee letters during the employee life cycle.
- Admin – Bills, Invoices, Payments, Office Operations etc.
Mandatory Skills and Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Recruitment and handling of portals like Naukri, Work India, LinkedIn etc.
- Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
- Energetic with a can-do attitude.
- Hands-on experience of MS Office
- Ability to create and maintain reports and data related to HR and Admin.
Location: ATL Corporate Park, 4th Floor, Saki Vihar road, Powai, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400 072, India.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
