Position: Senior Service Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electronic products such as LED TVs, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Video Conferencing Solutions, Digital Signage etc. The candidate should be capable of independently handling customer service issues and leading service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission LED TVs, Interactive Flat Panels, CCTV systems, Video Conferencing systems, and other electronic products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair services.
- Attend on-site service calls and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Support installation and commissioning projects across India whenever required.
- Train junior service engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, and warranty documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical support team and OEMs for complex issues.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend required stock.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical support.
- Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and service quality guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electronic products and circuit-level troubleshooting.
- Experience with LED TVs, CCTV Cameras (IP & Analog), DVR/NVR, Interactive Flat Panels, Video Conferencing Systems, Audio-Visual Equipment, Digital Signage, and related products.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, IP Addressing, LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently.
- MS Office knowledge for reporting and documentation.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECE, or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in servicing electronic products.
- Experience in handling enterprise AV solutions and surveillance systems is preferred.
- Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.

- Willing to travel extensively across Gujarat and other states.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
