Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer etc.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or online lead generation.
- Strong presentation and client management skills.
