Role Overview:
SIEC India is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital solutions that support our mission in the overseas education sector. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, a strong visual thinker, and a skilled leader who can manage cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric products. You will define and execute product roadmaps and provide strategic direction grounded in user needs and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee product lifecycle from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.
2. Like a visualizer, drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for CRM, digital tools and platforms.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements, define product features and align with business goals.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights for product improvement.
5. Define and execute product roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines.
6. Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies, leveraging tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
7. Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to make informed product decisions.
8. Utilize analytics platforms to drive product decisions based on real-time usage data and user behavior.
9. Ensure timely delivery of product updates and new feature rollouts.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, UI/UX design, or digital product leadership in a service-based industry.
2. Strong visual thinker with the ability to conceptualize and design user-centric solutions.
3. Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
4. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong understanding of frontend architecture, especially React.js and Next.js, including server-side rendering and API handling.
6. Experience with complex API integrations or middleware components.
7. Knowledge of SEO, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
· Familiarity with Laravel or Next.js frameworks.
· Prior experience in EdTech or overseas education platforms.
· Deep understanding of CRM systems.
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
· Preferred (Not Mandatory):
o Proficiency in working with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration within DevOps teams
o Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
