Job Description –
Business Analyst 1. Presales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Assist in the creation of proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and other sales documents. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
2. Product Management: Work closely with product manager to define product roadmaps and strategies. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development. Create detailed business requirements, user journeys and user stories for new product features. Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product updates. Collaborating with QA teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
3. Creation of Product Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Functional Specifications, and SRS Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to all stakeholders. Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in product features and functionality.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant parties. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in documentation tools and software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and wireframing tools.
Experience with product management methodologies. Knowledge of the industry and market trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education: Master’s degree in business administration (preferable) Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (mandatory)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT/ITeS industry.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
