Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated .NET Backend Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining reliable and scalable backend applications and APIs.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server, along with good problem-solving and debugging skills.
This is a permanent Work From Home opportunity, suitable for a developer who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the development team in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Work with SQL Server to design databases, write queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
- Implement business logic and backend functionality based on project requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and application bugs.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services when required.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation related to APIs, modules, and backend functionality.
- Continuously improve existing applications by identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in .NET backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#.
- Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Experience developing REST APIs and Web APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts.
- Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
- Strong understanding of LINQ and asynchronous programming.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred / Additional Skills:
- Experience with WebSockets or Socket Programming.
- Knowledge of real-time application development.
- Understanding of API authentication and authorization.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
- Experience with cloud platforms or application deployment.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Holiday
- Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
