Content Writer – EAX Media
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST (5 days a week)

About the Role
EAX Media is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Content Writer to join our onsite team. You'll create compelling content across digital formats, including SEO blogs, website copy, social media, email campaigns, ad copy, and brand storytelling.
You'll work closely with our marketing and design teams to maintain a strong, consistent brand voice while ensuring all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
Candidates with content writing or copywriting certifications such as AWAI, HubSpot Content Marketing, Copyhackers, etc. will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and produce high-quality blogs, articles, website copy, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across different channels.
- Incorporate SEO keywords and optimize content for search performance.
- Write persuasive ad copy, landing page content, and conversion-focused CTAs.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with designers on creatives, infographics, and multimedia content.
- Manage and contribute to the content calendar to ensure timely publishing.
- Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter, and other formats.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and audience preferences to improve content quality.
- Stay updated on content trends, SEO developments, and social media algorithm changes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in content writing or copywriting.
- Excellent command of written English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to adapt tone and writing style for different audiences, including B2B, B2C, technical, and creative.
- Hands-on understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience working with SEO and content research tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse content formats such as blogs, ad copy, emails, social media, and landing pages.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to grammar, accuracy, and consistency.
- Strong research, communication, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative onsite environment.
Preferred
- Content writing or copywriting certification (e.g., HubSpot, AWAI, Copyhackers).
- Experience writing for media, entertainment, or digital-first brands.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Understanding of content performance metrics such as CTR, bounce rate, and session duration.
- Experience using AI writing tools while maintaining original, high-quality content.
