We're Hiring – Business Analyst (ERP / Odoo / HCM / Global Payroll)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ERP, Odoo, HCM, HRMS, Payroll, Global Payroll, CRM, or other enterprise applications and be capable of bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements
* Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications
* Work closely with development, QA, and implementation teams
* Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
* Support ERP, Odoo, HCM, HRMS, Payroll, and Global Payroll projects
* Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops
* Assist in UAT, product enhancements, and solution delivery
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Required Skills:
* 2–5 years of Business Analysis experience
* Experience with ERP, Odoo, HCM, HRMS, Payroll, CRM, or SaaS applications
* Understanding of Global Payroll and workforce management processes is an added advantage
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
