- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial interior projects (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and industry events
- Develop strong relationships with architects, consultants, corporate clients, and PMC firms
- Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior solutions
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for project delivery
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
- Monitor client satisfaction during project lifecycle
