We are looking for a confident, and smart Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- She Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- She Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- She Coordinate travel arrangements and accompany as required
- She Assist in business meetings, events, and client interactions
- She Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- She Support in documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks
