Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting systems, switches, sockets, and electrical fixtures.
Plumbing Maintenance: Repair pipes, faucets, toilets, and water heaters; detect and fix leaks.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in electrical systems and plumbing networks using testing equipment.
Preventative Care: Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns.
Infrastructure Support: Work with pumps, motors, and electrical panels.
