We MGM Edible Oils Private Limited is seeking a proactive, organized, and dedicated HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, while contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance management, leave records, and employee benefits.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishments Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Coordinate performance management activities, including appraisals and employee performance tracking.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
- Manage employee separation processes, including resignation acceptance, full & final settlement, exit interviews, and relieving documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports, attrition analysis, and other HR analytics for management review.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances and assist in maintaining healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
