Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Bookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance: Record daily transactions, balance accounts, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Taxation & Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management in developing financial forecasts, tracking budgets, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
- Auditing: Conduct internal audits to verify financial accuracy and prevent discrepancies or fraud.
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll, calculate wages/deductions, and manage expense disbursements
