5+ years of software development experience and 3+ years of project management experience required
Manage end-to-end project delivery and customer commitments
Lead and mentor engineering teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Monitor project progress, quality, and performance
Collaborate with stakeholders and drive execution
Required Skills:
Node.js, React, Flutter, Java, PHP, or C++
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Cloud deployment and scalable infrastructure
REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong communication and team management skills
