About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Associate Sales Engineer to join our software product development team in Chennai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CAD/CAM software solutions and our prospective clients in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
What You Will Do
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver clear, value-driven technical demonstrations of ERP modules and CAD/CAM modeling capabilities to engineering and management teams.
- Technical Discovery: Map prospective clients' current manufacturing workflows, design bottlenecks, and supply chain inefficiencies.
- Solution Design: Illustrate how our CAD/CAM tools streamline engineering designs and seamlessly integrate with our ERP system for production planning.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Run product trials using clients' real-world design files or operational data to prove software viability.
- RFP Support: Complete technical questionnaires and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) detailing engineering specifications and system integration capabilities.
- Feedback Loop: Feed market demands regarding manufacturing trends, automation, and design features directly back to our R&D and Product teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, software implementation, or engineering support for ERP or CAD/CAM platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Core Drive: A fierce go-getter attitude with a passion for driving product adoption and solving complex industrial workflows.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, supply chain mechanics, and 2D/3D engineering design concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills to present effectively to factory floors, engineering leads, and C-level executives.
