Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Career Guide / Education Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students and parents, provide guidance regarding educational programs, and support them throughout the admission process.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping students make informed academic and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and parents through outbound calls and follow-up interactions.
- Provide information about educational programs, course offerings, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- Understand student requirements and guide them toward suitable learning opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries and address questions related to courses, admissions, and student support services.
- Follow up with prospective students generated through various marketing and inquiry channels.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update information in internal systems.
- Support students throughout the enrollment journey and ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve student engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, admissions, student advisory, telesales, or customer engagement roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and counseling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple student inquiries effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
