Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet company quality standards and customer requirements. The candidate will inspect materials, production processes, and finished products to maintain consistent quality and reduce defects.
Minimum Qualification
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
- Check measurements using instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Identify defects and report quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Support production teams in improving product quality.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ISO standards or quality systems.
- Experience in manufacturing or production industries.
