We’re looking for someone who understands how to grow SaaS products from early traction to consistent revenue.
This is not a “run ads and report impressions” role. We want someone who can think, test, and execute across channels, and actually move key metrics.
You’ll be working across one or more SaaS products at different stages, so the ability to adapt quickly is important.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end growth: from awareness to activation to retention
- Run and iterate on experiments across SEO, cold outreach, partnerships, and content
- Improve website conversion (landing pages, messaging, funnels)
- Set up and track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.)
- Work closely with the founder to prioritize what actually drives growth
- Identify and execute quick wins without waiting for perfect plans
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years experience working on SaaS growth (B2B preferred)
- You’ve actually grown something, not just “managed campaigns”
- Strong understanding of funnels, positioning, and user behavior
- Comfortable doing both strategy and execution
- Good written communication (you’ll likely write landing pages, emails, etc.)
