About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our team in Dehradun. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, QA engineers, and business teams to support the complete product lifecycle from gathering requirements and conducting research to coordinating product development and ensuring successful releases.
This role is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about technology, AI, problem-solving, and building digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing product development from concept to launch.
- Gather and document business and product requirements.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
- Test new features and report bugs before product releases.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and feature updates.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to improve productivity and documentation.
- Track product performance and help identify opportunities for enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts is a plus.
