Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and references
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Digital Marketing sales
Hands-on experience in end-to-end sales process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with international clients preferred
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT/Digital Marketing services company
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Pay: ₹34,910.34 - ₹98,006.87 per month
