ob Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site execution experience and a strong understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of materials.
- Verify measurements and maintain records for billing and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in site execution, construction, or real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and safety practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and quantity estimation.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
