Accounting Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions and post adjusting journal entries.
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR): Process invoices, issue bills, verify payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reconciliation: Review and reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and credit card accounts to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in compiling weekly/monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and expense reports.
- Compliance & Audits: Gather documentation for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Payroll & Taxes: Assist with payroll data entry and basic tax-related document preparation.
Statutory Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Reporting: Preparing and submitting periodic returns and reports mandated by labor laws, tax codes, and corporate regulations.
- Compliance Monitoring: Auditing internal processes to ensure adherence to frameworks like the Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), minimum wages, and workplace safety laws.
- Liaison & Representation: Acting as the primary point of contact during government inspections and coordinating with local labor authorities.
- Employee Records: Managing personnel data, maintaining compliant employment files, and overseeing payroll deductions.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
