Job Title: Head Pastry Chef

Job Summary:
The Pastry Chef assists in preparing pastries, desserts, and baked items under the supervision of the Executive Chef. The role involves learning baking techniques, maintaining hygiene, and supporting day-to-day pastry operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and instructions given by the Pastry Chef.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section.
- Properly store ingredients and finished goods.
- Support inventory checks and report low stock.
- Learn and develop pastry-making skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
