Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations, ensuring processes run smoothly across teams
- Build automations and internal tools to streamline recurring tasks and workflows
- Use AI tools (Claude, Claude Cowork, and similar) to design and deploy task automations
- Identify manual, repetitive processes and re-engineer them using AI-driven solutions
- Write and maintain scripts/code to support operational tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, using AI to surface insights faster
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools to improve efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Must be a Software Engineer by background — hands-on coding experience is mandatory.
- Proved Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to build automations and AI-powered workflows
- Strong understanding of operations management principles
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow/automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.)
- Exposure to prompt engineering or building AI agents
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
