Job Summary
SUPREMEX is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop key accounts, and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the Automobile or Car Detailing industry.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
