We are seeking a skilled Solar Installation Technician to join our renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential and commercial solar energy systems. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, inverters, racking, and electrical components
- Perform rooftop and ground-mount system installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and electrical standards
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and report
- Communicate effectively with team and customers
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls as required
Working Conditions
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting
- Travel to job sites as required
