Key Responsibilities1. In-Process Inspection
- Perform visual inspection of moulded components as per Quality Standards.
- Conduct first-off, in-process, and final line inspections.
- Verify product dimensions using approved measuring instruments.
- Ensure only approved products are packed and dispatched.
2. Quality Control
- Identify defects such as:
- Short Shot
- Flash
- Sink Mark
- Burn Mark
- Black Spot
- Flow Mark
- Weld Line
- Silver Streak
- Colour Variation
- Scratch / Dent
- Warpage
- Segregate rejected parts immediately.
- Stop production and inform the Supervisor if abnormal defects are found.
3. Documentation
- Record inspection results in quality check sheets.
- Maintain rejection and defect records.
- Record hourly inspection details.
- Ensure traceability records are maintained.
4. Process Monitoring
- Verify product against approved sample/master sample.
- Ensure operators follow quality inspection standards.
- Monitor packing quality and product identification labels.
- Support line clearance during model or mould change.
5. Safety & Housekeeping
- Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness of inspection area.
- Follow 5S practices at the workplace.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Suggest methods to reduce rejection and rework.
- Support Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Participate in quality awareness and training programs.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
