- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients/customers from the assigned database.
- Explain and promote different healthcare products and service offerings.
- Provide patient support, answer queries, and guide patients regarding services and treatments.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SF) or the designated CRM system.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients for service completion, product usage, or additional support.
- Build and maintain good relationships with patients through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the Operations (Ops) team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve patient queries and improve service experience.
- Work towards achieving conversion targets from calls to service/product adoption.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Good customer handling and patient support ability.
- Coordination with operations teams and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Ability to manage high call volumes and meet targets.
- Language proficiency: Kannada and English (mandatory).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
