Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation technologies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and control.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
