We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of machining processes, measuring instruments, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines such as CNC Turning, VMC, or Milling machines.
- Load raw materials and unload finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Set machine offsets and perform basic tool changes.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
- Record production data and inspection results.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Report machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
