About Us:
Alshifa Cupping Clinic is a reputed wellness center specializing in Hijama (Cupping Therapy) and holistic healthcare services. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage our Chennai branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and supervise medical and administrative staff
- Monitor patient service quality and ensure high standards of care
- Handle branch targets, revenue monitoring, and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and clinic protocols
- Coordinate with management for reporting and operational improvements
- Handle patient escalations and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support marketing and local promotional activities to increase branch growth
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic/hospital/healthcare management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of operations, administration, and staff coordination
- Ability to handle targets and ensure business growth
- Willingness to work in Chennai location
