Role Overview
The Outward Lead/Manager will oversee all outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, packing, dispatch, and timely deliveries. The role is responsible for maintaining high dispatch accuracy while optimizing warehouse productivity and customer service levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Operations
- Manage end-to-end dispatch operations from order allocation to shipment handover.
- Ensure timely processing of retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and inter-store transfer orders.
- Monitor picking, packing, QC, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipment execution.
Order Fulfillment
- Ensure high order accuracy and on-time dispatch performance.
- Monitor pending orders and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Reduce fulfillment errors, shortages, and shipment delays.
- Ensure proper packaging standards and shipment documentation.
Inventory Control
- Coordinate with inventory and inward teams to ensure stock availability.
- Investigate and resolve stock mismatches affecting order fulfillment.
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
Team Management
- Lead warehouse dispatch and fulfillment teams.
- Manage manpower planning and shift allocation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and dispatch procedures.
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain dispatch MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Desired Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
