Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant Web Development, CRM, Automation, and AI-related projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling, customized proposals that effectively communicate our capabilities and solutions.
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and convert leads into paying customers.
- Conduct client discovery calls and gather project requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare estimates, project scopes, and technical responses.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Track proposal performance, conversion metrics, and business development activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to improve bidding strategies and win rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive, Online Bidder, or Business Development Associate.
- Demonstrated success in winning projects on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Web Development technologies such as PHP, Laravel, React.js, Angular, Node.js, WordPress, and related technologies.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to client requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, client handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of proposal writing, project estimation, and requirement gathering.
