Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients and channel partners, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and real estate consultants.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development plans for management.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+2, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
