Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead and manage the organization's human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compliance, compensation & benefits, and organizational development while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Design and manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Drive learning and development programs across the organization.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports and MIS.
Lead succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
Manage and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
