Job Summary
Looking to hire highly motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees to join shipping and maritime operations team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain exposure to vessel operations, marine engineering systems, electrical and automation systems, maintenance planning, technical fleet management, port operations, and maritime safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support technical management and maintenance of vessels and marine equipment.
- Assist in monitoring ship machinery, propulsion systems, auxiliary equipment, and onboard electrical systems.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and communication systems onboard vessels.
- Review technical reports, maintenance records, and operational data.
- Contribute to projects involving automation, energy efficiency, and digitalization of fleet operations.
