Telecaller | Coimbatore
Role Overview
Are you a confident communicator who loves talking to people and driving results? We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be the voice of our institution, reaching out to prospective students and parents, sharing the value of our programs, and helping them take the first step toward their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling & Student Support: Actively make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce our programs, answer inquiries, and explain admission requirements.
- Lead Conversion & Admissions: Guide interested candidates through the enrollment process, follow up regularly to address questions, and help convert leads into successful admissions.
- Relationship Building: Establish a friendly and professional rapport with callers, providing accurate information and building trust in our institution.
- Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean, updated records of all calls, follow-ups, and student statuses using CRM software and MS Excel.
- Target-Driven Performance: Meet daily/weekly talk-time and call-volume targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: Any Graduate or Diploma holder with a strong interest in tele-sales, customer support, or inside sales.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English are mandatory to effectively connect and negotiate with the local community in Coimbatore.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with computers, specifically MS Office (Excel/Word), and quick to learn calling/CRM software.
- Resilient & Driven: Possess a positive attitude, a persuasive speaking style, and the ability to handle objections gracefully over the phone.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by performance targets and eager to learn professional tele-sales methodologies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
