Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Investor Relations Manager to drive fundraising and investor acquisition for our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional investors while ensuring strong investor engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive fundraising activities for AIF schemes across different asset classes
- Identify and onboard new investors including HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and institutions
- Develop and execute investor acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships
- Present fund opportunities, investment strategies, and performance updates to investors
- Manage investor meetings, webinars, and roadshows
- Coordinate with internal teams for investor onboarding and documentation
- Maintain investor database, CRM updates, and fundraising pipeline reports
- Track market trends and investor feedback
- Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and company policies
Required Skills:
- Experience in AIF, PMS, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory sales
- Strong network with HNIs, family offices, and wealth management channels
- Knowledge of alternative investments and capital markets
- Understanding of SEBI AIF regulations and fund structures
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve fundraising and sales targets
- Relationship management and client acquisition skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fundraising / Investment Product Sales experience preferred
- Self-driven with strong business development mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and investor handling skills
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
