Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Goregaon. The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and emails, and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team. The role involves researching target markets, identifying potential clients, and maintaining an organized pipeline using CRM or other sales tools. Daily responsibilities include engaging prospects, understanding their needs, presenting company services, and following up consistently to move opportunities forward. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate with business development and recruitment teams to support revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, contact, and qualify potential clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, present services, and handle objections effectively.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills to nurture relationships, support client acquisition, and contribute to growth strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative team setting and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or B2B client interaction is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
