Job Description – Senior Architect (6 to 9 Years Experience)
We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect with 6 to 9 Years professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and presentations
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documents
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Handle project planning, execution, and site supervision
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project reports
- Review project progress and maintain quality standards
- Manage multiple projects within timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and site execution
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead project coordination
