An HR Recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process, which includes collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates through job boards and social media, screening applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), negotiating job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role requires strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills, along with familiarity with recruitment tools and employer branding strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Attraction: Write compelling job descriptions, post openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, career sites), and proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases.
- Screening & Assessment: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Candidate Management: Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate tracking and management.
- Offer Management: Communicate job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process, ensuring alignment with organizational budget and goals.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Strategy & Reporting: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, identify future needs, and track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve recruitment processes.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including ATS and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring deadlines.
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
