Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, build relationships, nurture leads, and convert them into paying clients.
You won't be selling alone—we already have:
● Well-defined service offerings
● Strong market positioning
● Proven sales offers
● Established systems and workflows
● Clearly defined Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
Your focus is to connect with the right prospects and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
● Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
● Understand client requirements and communicate our services effectively.
● Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
● Close new business opportunities.
● Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth client onboarding process
Requirements
● Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
● Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
● Prior sales or business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
● Commission-Based
● Earn $300–$400 USD for every successfully closed deal.
● No earning cap—the more deals you close, the more you earn.
