Job Description:-
1. Channel Partner Identification & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard new channel partners (brokers, consultants, agencies) - Achieve monthly/quarterly onboarding targets
2. Channel Partner Network Expansion
- Build strong network of active channel partners across target locations - Increase partner base and market reach
3. Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with channel partners - Conduct partner meetings, updates, and engagement activities
4. Lead Generation through Channel Partners
- Generate qualified customer leads through CP network - Ensure consistent lead flow as per business requirements
5. Sales Conversion Support
- Coordinate with sales team and channel partners for site visits, negotiations, and closures - Improve conversion ratio from CP-generated leads
6. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, and broker activities - Share market feedback with management
7. Channel Partner Training & Activation
- Conduct product/project training for partners - Ensure partners are updated about inventory, pricing, and USPs
8. Revenue Contribution
- Achieve sales targets through channel partner network - Improve revenue contribution from CP sales
9. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain database of channel partners - Submit weekly/monthly reports on activities and performance
10. Partner Retention & Engagement
- Maintain long-term relationships with productive partners - Increase repeat business from existing CPs

Salary:-
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
