Job Summary
Victory Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of government and private tenders, tracking new business opportunities, and ensuring timely submission of all bidding documents. Candidates with prior experience in the mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Management: Handle the complete lifecycle of government and private tenders from identification to submission.
- Opportunity Tracking: Actively search, monitor, and evaluate new tender portals and business opportunities matching company capabilities.
- Documentation & Preparation: Prepare, compile, and submit accurate technical and commercial tender documents in compliance with client requirements.
- Portal Operations: Manage and navigate GeM (Government e-Marketplace), various e-tendering platforms, and vendor registration portals.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, accounts, technical teams) to gather required compliance certificates, pricing sheets, and documentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous logs of all tender submissions, active bids, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Deadline Management: Strictly ensure adherence to all submission deadlines, amendments, and pre-bid clarifications.
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on relevant experience in tendering, e-tendering, and portal management.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience working in Mining, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure industries are strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF management) and navigating online bidding portals.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities.
