We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end sales hiring, ensuring timely closures and an exceptional candidate experience. Candidates with recruitment experience in Lubricants, Oil & Gas, FMCG, BFSI, Automotive Aftermarket, or Automobile industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process and manage offer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within defined timelines while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Requirements
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Sales Hiring.
• Experience in hiring for Lubricant, Oil & Gas, FMCG, BFSI, Automotive Aftermarket, or Automobile industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
Good to Have
• Prior experience in Sales Recruitment is mandatory.
• Recruitment experience in any of the preferred industries will be highly advantageous.
• Experience in bulk hiring and field sales recruitment is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
