We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Web Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. If you enjoy building clean, fast, and user-friendly websites and want to work on real, live projects.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
- Collaborate with designers to convert UI/UX designs into functional interfaces
- Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and plugins as required
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance or security issues
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Maintain clear documentation and follow structured development workflows
- Continuously improve existing websites for speed, SEO, and usability
What We’re Looking For :
- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Web Developer
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of responsive design, web standards, and performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have :
- Experience with custom themes, plugins, or page builders
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, and speed optimization
- Experience with hosting environments or control panels
- Basic understanding of web security best practices
