Job Description – CRM Executive / Customer Relationship Manager
Industry: Jewellery Retail
Location: Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Maintain customer database and CRM records
- Coordinate with sales teams for customer support and repeat business
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions
- Conduct calls/messages for promotions, festive offers, and customer engagement
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in CRM or customer handling
- Basic knowledge of jewellery retail preferred
- Knowledge of Excel, CRM software, and follow-up management
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
Qualification
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or jewellery retail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
